Wild Lose 8-1 To Montreal
The Minnesota Wild lost 8-1 to Montreal Sunday afternoon. P.K. Subban scored a hat trick for Montreal. Mikko Koivu scored the lone Wild goal on a penalty shot. Jose Theodore allowed 5 goals with 14 saves and Niklas Backstrom allowed 3 goals with 10 saves. The Wild were outshot 32-31. Minnesota is 35-30-8 and with 78 points are 7 points out of the last playoff spot in the west. The Wild will host Toronto at 7pm Tuesday, pregame on AM 1390-the Fan at 6:35.
