The Minnesota Wild swept their three game Canadian road trip, which ended with a 4-2 win over the Canucks in Vancouver Sunday. The Wild earned all six possible points on the trip and remain five points behind Calgary for the eighth and final playoff spot in the Western Conference.

The Wild got second period goals from Zach Parise (his 21st) and Jared Spurgeon, who scored on a power play (his seventh).

Thomas Vanek scored his tenth goal of the season seven minutes into the third period to give Minnesota a 3-0 lead.

The Canucks scored a pair of goals a minute apart with under ten minutes left in the third period, but Jason Zucker scored with an empty net goal with under a minute left to seal the win for the Wild.

Minnesota is back in action on Tuesday night when they host Chicago at Xcel Energy Center.
