The Minnesota Wild downed Phoenix 3-2 in an overtime shootout Thursday night.  Dany Heatley scored the game-winner in the shootout for Minnesota.  Kyle Brodziak and Steve Kampfer each scored a goal for the Wild in regulation and Matt Hackett had 15 saves after replacing Josh Harding.  Harding had 24 saves and no goals allowed for the Wild.

Minnesota improves to 29-29-10 and with 68 points are tied for 12th in the Western Conference.  The Wild host Calgary at 5pm Sunday, pregame at 4:35 on WJON.
