Wild Beat Colorado at the “X”

The Minnesota Wild got back in the win column last night against Colorado.

It was a must win for the Wild against a depleted Av's team that has nothing left to play for. After falling behind in the second period, the Wild scored four unanswered goals. The Wild are now tied for the 8th and final playoff spot with Los Angeles.

Guillaume Latendresse returned for the Wild last night which added a much needed goal scorer to the Wild's offense.

The Wild return to action tomorrow night in Nashville. It will be another game in which the Wild must come away with points to stay in contention.
