Waterloo Downs Rox 7-3

The Rox lost 7-3 at Waterloo Thursday night.  Waterloo salvages the final game of the 3-game series.  Waterloo scored 3 runs in the 3rd inning and added 3 more runs in the 5th inning.  St. Cloud scored 3 runs in the 9th inning.  Boo Vazquez went 2-3 with 2 RBIs and Adam Martin was 1-4 with 1 run and 1 RBI for the Rox.  Andy Urban allowed 6 runs (4 earned) in 4 innings to take the loss for St. Cloud.

The Rox are 8-8 in the 2nd half of the Northwoods League season.  The Rox will play at Rochester at 7:05 tonight, pregame on AM 1390-the Fan at 6:35.  The Rox are 3 games back of Duluth for first place in the 2nd half North Division standings.
