The Vikings will play the remainder of the season without cornerback Antoine Winfield.  Viking head coach Leslie Frazier confirmed Tuesday that Winfield broke his clavicle (collar bone) Monday night in the loss at Green Bay.  Frazier says Winfield will have surgery Thursday.  Winfield has missed 4 straight games with neck injury prior to returning to Monday night's game at Green Bay.

Viking safety Husain Abdullah sustained a concussion in Monday night's game against the Packers and his status for Sunday's game against Oakland is in question.  The Vikings are bringing in some free agent defensive backs and one of the possible signees is former Viking cornerback Benny Sapp.

The Vikings host Oakland Sunday at noon, pregame on WJON at 11am.  Oakland is a 1-point favorite.
