Vikings’ Peterson Has No Practice Restrictions
Viking running back Adrian Peterson had all contact restrictions eliminated Wednesday and will no longer be protected in practice. Peterson is recovering from a torn ACL and MCL in his left knee and was listed as limited in practice Wednesday. Peterson's status Sunday is still undetermined.
The Viking injury report released Wednesday includes safety Robert Blanton, guard Geoff Schwartz, nose tackle Letroy Guion and tight end John Carlson as full participants in practice. Adrian Peterson and cornerback Marcus Sherels were both limited in practice. Receiver Jarius Wright, linebacker Marvin Mitchell, and safety Andrew Sendejo all did not practice.
