Vikings’ Peterson Gets NFC Honor

Viking running back Adrian Peterson won the NFC Offensive Player of the Week award for this past week.  He ran for 122 yards and 3 touchdowns for the Vikings in the win over Arizona Sunday.  Peterson has run for 498 yards and 6 touchdowns this season in 5 games for the Vikings.  he is averaging 4.5 yards per carry.

Minnesota plays at Chicago Sunday night at 7:20, pregame on WJON at 6:00.  Minnesota is 1-4 while Chicago is 2-3.
