Minnesota Vikings' Vice President of Stadium Development Lester Bagley spoke today on the Fan Radio Network and says he feels the Vikings have made significant progress this week in their pursuit of a new stadium.  Bagley says the deadline of today imposed by Governor Dayton was to make significant progress toward a stadium deal and he feels they've done that.  Bagley says the Vikings have talked with MN-DOT and Dayton this week and feel like they are closer to an agreement to build the stadium in Arden Hills.  Bagley acknowledges that the state still needs to work out a budget agreement and the Governor needs to call a special session before and if a Viking Stadium could be addressed in a special session.
