The Minnesota Vikings fired head coach Leslie Frazier Monday morning, less than 24 hours after his team beat the Detroit Lions 14-13 in the season finale at the Metrodome. Frazier finishes his career as Vikings head coach with a 21-31-1 record.

Frazier struggled mightily to choose a starting quarterback in 2013, sticking with Christian Ponder despite a difficult season for the third year starter. Ponder completed 63.6% of his passes for 1,648 yards and 13 turnovers.
