The Twins topped the Philadelphia Phillies 4-3 at Target Field Wednesday night. Clete Thomas drove in the game-tying run and scored the go-ahead run in the eighth inning to secure the win.

Thomas finished the game 3-4, and Oswaldo Arcia was 4/4 with a double and three runs scored. Mike Pelfrey earned a quality start with seven innings of five hit, three run baseball. He struck out seven and walked only one.

The Twins are now 29-33 on the season and will face the Phillies Thursday night at Target Field to close out a three game series.
