The Rangers beat the Twins 14-3 Wednesday night in Arlington to avoid being swept in the three game series. The Twins fall to 10-11 overall with the loss.

Eduardo Escobar's two-run home run in the top of the second inning gave the Twins a 2-0 lead, but the Rangers got two runs back in the bottom of the fifth inning, then four in the bottom of the sixth inning and eight in the eighth.

The Twins will play at Kansas City Friday night at 7:05. The game can be heard on AM 1240 WJON beginning with the pregame show at 6:30.
