The Twins beat the Yankees 7-1 Sunday afternoon behind six home runs and a solid performance from Tyler Duffey. Minnesota is now 24-51 with the win.

Duffey, pitching for his job due to poor performances this season, was brilliant. The righty went eight innings allowing just one run on two hits while striking out eight and walking none.

The Twins had six home runs in the game, with Trevor Plouffe, Juan Centeno, Brian Dozier, Danny Santana, Max Kepler and Eduardo Nunez all going deep.

Minnesota is off Monday night before beginning a series in Chicago with the White Sox on Tuesday night.
