The Twins topped the Washington Nationals 4-3 in 11 innings Saturday at Nationals Park. Ryan Doumit stayed hot for Minnesota in the win by going 2-5 and hitting the winning single in the eleventh.

Joe Mauer had a solo home run for the Twins, Brian Dozier knocked a run-scoring single and Josh Willingham scored after a ball hit by Justin Morneau was flubbed by first baseman Adam Laroche to account for the Twins' runs.

Kevin Corriea pitched 6.1 innings, striking out seven while walking none. The right-hander allowed three runs on eight hits and did not factor into the decision.

The Minnesota bullpen combined for 4.2 scoreless innings, with Josh Roenicke earning the win and Glen Perkins getting his 13th save.

The Twins and Nats will play a day-night doubleheader on Sunday. Game one starts at 12:35, game two at 6:05.
