The Twins' four game winning streak was snapped with a 3-2 loss in Oakland Sunday afternoon against the Athletics. Minnesota falls to 15-35 with the loss.

The Twins got RBIs from Brian Dozier and Juan Centeno but could not muster any more offense, generating eight total hits and striking out ten times.

Minnesota announced two roster moves after the game. Outfielder Danny Santana will be placed on the disabled list with an injured hamstring and replaced with Byron Buxton.

Kyle Gibson is set to be activated from the disabled list Thursday and Phil Hughes will be sent to the bullpen to take on the long relief role.

The Twins play at Oakland Tuesday night. First pitch is scheduled for 9:05 p.m. on AM 1240 WJON.
