Major League Baseball free agency begins today and the Twins will focus on bringing back some of their own.  The top target of the Twins appears to be rightfielder Michael Cuddyer.  Cuddyer made $10 Million last season and is expect to command $12 Million a season in free agency. The Twins' latest offer to Cuddyer was $8 Million a season.

Outfielder/DH Jason Kubel is next on the list of free agents high on the list of the Twins.  Kubel is 29-years old and fought through a injury riddled season last year.  He hit .273 with 12 homeruns and 58 RBIs in 99 games for the Twins in 2011.

Closer Joe Nathan is another top priority for the Twins.  The 36-year old was 2-1 with a 4.84 ERA and 14 saves in 2011.  Reliever Matt Capps is also a free agent but the Twins don't appear too interested in bring him back.
