The Twins came back from a late deficit for a second straight night and beat the Oakland A’s 4-3 Tuesday at Target Field.  Josh Willingham had two home runs in the win for Minnesota.

Willingham hit his first home run in the bottom of the second inning to give the Twins a 1-0 lead. After the A’s answered with three runs to make the score 3-1 in the sixth inning, Oswaldo Arcia hit a solo home run to cut the Oakland lead to one run.

Willingham’s second longball of the night was a two-run shot in the bottom of the eighth, giving the Twins a 4-3 lead. Glen Perkins pitched a perfect ninth for his 34th save.
