The Minnesota Twins beat the Texas Rangers 8-1 Tuesday night in Arlington. The Twins are now 10-10 on the season.

Minnesota batted around in the fifth inning, at one point stringing together five straight hits. Miguel Sano started the surge with a solo home run, and capped the rally with an RBI single but was thrown out trying to advance to second.

Ervin Santana picked up his fourth win of the season by tossing seven innings while allowing just one run on four hits with six strikeouts. The lone blemish on his record was a solo home run from Joey Gallo in the bottom of the fifth inning.

The Twins play at Texas again on Wednesday night. The game can be heard on AM 1240 WJON, with pregame coverage beginning at 6:30.
