Twins Place Perkins on DL

The Twins have placed closer Glen Perkins on the 15-day disabled list with a strained shoulder.  The Twins have called up left handed pitcher Taylor Rogers.  Perkins blew his only save opportunity Sunday.

Kevin Jepsen is expected to see save opportunities with Perkins on the DL.
