The Cleveland Indians beat the Minnesota Twins 11-4 Tuesday night at Target Field. The Twins are now 2-6 in their last eight games and are 7-7 overall.

The Twins started the game  on the wrong foot, with Phil Hughes getting hit hard and an error by Max Kepler that would have ended a first inning in which Cleveland would score three first inning runs.

Hughes saw his ERA spike to 5.40 while lasting just 3.1 innings and allowing six runs (four earned) on eight hits.

The Twins will host Cleveland again Wednesday night at Target Field. The game can be heard on AM 1240 WJON beginning with the pregame show at 6:30.
