The Minnesota Twins have signed second baseman Brian Dozier to a contract extension that will keep him with the team through 2018.

According to the Star Tribune, Dozier will make $2 million in 2015, $3 million in 2016, $6 million in 2017 and $9 million in 2018. Dozier hit .242  with 23 home runs, 71 RBi and 21 stolen bases last season for Minnesota.

The Twins take on the Blue Jays Tuesday afternoon at 12 PM (WJON).
