MINNEAPOLIS - The Minnesota Timberwolves have climbed their way back to .500 (again) after demolishing the Charlotte Bobcats 119-92 on Friday night.

Minnesota quickly pulled ahead in the 2nd quarter by putting up 39 points. Nikola Pekovic led the Wolves with 26 points. Kevin Martin also scored 19 points for Minnesota during the action.

The Wolves move up to 18-18 overall this season. They face a tough challenge on Sunday night when they hit the road to take on the San Antonio Spurs (28-8). Game time is set for 6:00 p.m.
