Minnesota Timberwolves Vice President David Kahn is going back to Spain to try and lure point guard Ricky Rubio to the NBA.  Kahn and assistant General Manager Tony Ronzone are looking for a commitment that they weren't able to get 2 years ago from Rubio.  The two are in Spain attending the Euroleague Final Four.  Rubio has until May 31 to sign his current rookie deal.  The Wolves retain Rubio's NBA rights indefinetly.  Rubio was the 5th overall pick in the 2009 NBA draft.
