U of Mary

The St. Cloud State Football team began their season with a 35-12 win at the University of Mary Thursday night. Dwayne Lawhorn tied a SCSU record with 5 touchdown passes in one game by throwing for 133 yards and 5 scores.

The St. Cloud State football team is 4-2 after winning 36-24 at MN-Crookston last Saturday. The Huskies are unbeaten in the North Half of the NSIC standings at 2-0. SCSU knocked off then 2nd ranked Minnesota-Duluth more than a week ago and have a winnable schedule remaining. The Huskies will play at home against the University of Mary Saturday at 1pm.
