The St. Cloud Tech girls tennis team finished 2nd in the Class 2-A state team tournament yesterday.  Tech downed Minnetonka 4-3 Tuesday before topping Mahtomedi 4-3 yesterday but fell in the championship 7-0 to top seeded Edina.
