St. Cloud Rox

The Rox lost 11-10 Monday night in Eau Claire to the Express to end their 6-game winning streak. Eau Claire scored 2 runs in the 9th inning to walk off with the win over St. Cloud. Jordan Barth had 2 hits, a home run and 3 RBIs, and Easton Waterman made his Rox debut and had 3 hits including a solo homerun.

The Rox won their 6th game in a row 6-2 in Rochester against the Honkers. St. Cloud had 3 hits and 2 RBIs from Jordan Barth, Caleb Ricketts added 2 hits and 2 RBIs and Andrew Pinckney had 2 hits, a run scored and 1 RBI. Noah Myhre threw 6 2/3 innings with 4 hits and 2 earned runs allowed to get the win.

The St. Cloud Rox beat the Honkers to secure their fifth straight win, the Minnesota Twins dominated in game two against the Cardinals, and Foley fell in the quarterfinal round of the American Legion Tournament.

The St. Cloud Chutes did not advance to the final eight in the American Legion Tournament, the St. Cloud Rox blew out Eau Claire for their fourth consecutive win, and the Minnesota Twins fell to the Cardinals on Friday.

The St. Cloud Rox outscored the La Crosse Loggers 9-3 Tuesday night. St. Cloud scored 4 runs in the 2nd inning to grab control of the game and they never looked back. Hunter Dollander threw 5 innings with 2 earned runs allowed to get the win.

The Rox rallied from down 7-0 to tie the game at 7 apiece in the 4th inning only to see the Moon Dogs break the tie with 3 runs in the 7th inning and then added 1 run in the 8th inning and 1 run in the 9th inning.

The Minnesota Twins earned a close win in game two of the weekend series against Los Angeles and the St. Cloud Rox swept Waterloo to notch their third straight win on Friday.

Otto Kemp of the St. Cloud Rox had 2 hits, a home run and 2 runs scored for Great Plains in their 7-3 win over Great Lakes. Kemp was named the game's most valuable player. Rox players Andrew Pinckney went 0-5, Caleb Ricketts went 1-3 with a run scored and 1 RBI and pitchers Hunter Dollander and Kevin Davis each threw 1 shutout inning with Davis closing the game out.

The Minnesota Twins and St. Cloud Rox suffered losses on the road on Saturday.

The St. Cloud Rox fell behind early but rallied to beat the Bismarck Larks, while the Minnesota Twins were rained out before they could kick off the weekend series against the Detroit Tigers.
