The NFL owners voted 31-0 Thursday to approve their own proposal for a new collective bargaining agreement to end the 4-month old NFL lockout. The players still haven't approved the deal but may vote on it today. NFL Players Association head DeMaurice Smith told the players that there is no agreement between the owners and players and some issues still remain unresolved.
