The Twins Winter Caravan stop in St. Cloud scheduled for Tuesday January 20 at Rivers Edge Convention Center sold out Thursday morning. That means tickets for the 6:30pm program and autograph session are no longer available.

The Twins have placed first baseman Joe Mauer on the 15-day disabled list with a right oblique strain he suffered on a 2-run double Tuesday night against Kansas City. The replace Mauer on the active roster the Twins have called up first baseman/outfielder Chris Colabello from Triple-A Rochester.

The Twins have 4 players selected to play in the World Baseball Classic. The four are catcher Joe Mauer (USA), relief pitcher Glen Perkins (USA), first baseman Justin Morneau (Canada) and catcher Drew Butera (Italy). The World Baseball Classic will be played in March of 2013.
