David Freese hit a 2-run double in the first inning and Yadier Molina had 2 hits and 2 RBIs for the Cardinals.

The St. Louis Cardinals stayed alive in the World Series after a dramatic come from behind 10-9 win in 11 innings Thursday night in St. L0uis. David Freese hit a walk-off homerun in the 11th to win it. St. Louis was down to their final strike in both the 9th and 10th innings.

The St. Louis Cardinals defeated Milwaukee 12-6 Sunday night to win the National League pennant and advance to the World Series. St. Louis won the series 4 games to 2 and wins their 4th National League pennant since 2004 and 18th overall.
