ST. CLOUD - The city of St. Cloud has declared a snow emergency after six inches of snow fell in the area overnight.

The snow emergency will be in effect for 72 hours unless it's cancelled early due to favorable weather conditions.

During a snow emergency, parking regulations will be enforced and illegally parked vehicles will be towed immediately starting at 12:01 a.m. on Sunday.
