SCSU Women’s Hockey Gets First Victory Against #9 Minnesota Duluth

DULUTH - The St. Cloud State University women's hockey team picked up their first victory of the season with an impressive 4-1 win over #9 Minnesota Duluth.

Senior captain Amy Olson scored two goals in the action. The Huskies also got goals from Julia Gilbert and Molli Mott. Junior goalie Julie Friend collected a grand total of 52 saves for the Huskies for the win.

The Huskies improve to 1-6-2 on the season, they take on Duluth again tonight at 6:07 p.m.
