HUNTSVILLE - The St. Cloud State men's hockey team picked up its third consecutive road sweep this season with a 4-3 win over Alabama Huntsville last night.

Cory Thorson scored the first goal for the Huskies in the action, his third goal of the weekend. In the second period Nic Dowd and David Morley would add goals for SCSU, making it 3-1 going into the third.

The Chargers would keep things interesting in the third, scoring twice to tie the game 3-3.

Rookie Daniel Tedesco would score the go-ahead goal for the Huskies, sealing the 4-3 win.

St. Cloud State outshot the Chargers 42-15 in the action. Ryan Farahger made 12 saves for his seventh win.

The Huskies return home to the Herb Brooks National Hockey Center next weekend for two games against Colorado College.
