SCSU Hockey Forward Brodzinski And Recruit Storm Drafted Sunday

SCSU sophomore forward Jonny Brodzinski and incoming recruit Ben Storm were each selected in Sunday's NHL Draft.

The Los Angeles Kings chose Brodzinski in the fifth round of the draft, the 148th pick overall. The Blaine native scored 22 goals to lead SCSU's Frozen Four team this season.

Brodzinski joins current Huskies Kevin Gravel and Nic Dowd as LA Kings draft picks.

Storm, who played for Muskegon in the USHL last season, was selected in the sixth round by the Colorado Avalanche.
