The St. Cloud State basketball teams split a pair of games at Minnesota State-Mankato Saturday.  The SCSU men downed Mankato 77-75 after the SCSU women lost 60-46 to the Mavericks.  Shaun Jensen made two key baskets down the stretch and Brett Putz made a pair of free throws allowing the Huskies to come away with the win.  Jensen led the Huskies with 17 points and Putz chipped in 15 including reaching a milestone with 200 career made 3-point baskets.  The SCSU men are 7-1 overall and 3-1 in the NSIC.

The SCSU women lost 60-46 Saturday night after beating Southwest Minnesota State Friday night.  Rachel Moen was the lone Husky in double figures with 14 points.  SCSU falls to 4-4 overall and 1-3 in the NSIC.  The SCSU basketball teams will play at Concordia-St. Paul next Saturday.
