ST. CLOUD - Saint John's hockey improved to 6-6 overall this season after a 3-2 victory over St. Scholastica Friday night at the Municipal Athletic Complex.

Phil Johnson, Dave Mylrea, and Joe Freemark all scored for the Johnnies. Freemark hit the go-ahead goal in the third period, his first career collegiate goal.

Derek Sutliffe and Derek Hills both scored for St. Scholastica. The Saints are now 8-2-2 this season after the loss.

Saint John's will make an eight-day long international trip between December 27th-January 4th before returning home on January 10th.
