The Twins lost their 6th in a row Sunday afternoon 10-3 in Kansas City to the Royals.  Kansas City completed a 3-game sweep of Minnesota outscoring them 25-8 in the 3 games.  Mike Aviles hit a homerun and drove in 4 runs for the Royals.  Justin Morneau hit his first homerun of the season and Carl Pavano threw 5 1/3 innings with 12 hits and 6 earned runs allowed to take the loss and drop to 2-3.  Pavano's ERA is 5.84.  The Twins are 9-18 and are tied with Chicago for last place in the American League Central.  Minnesota is off today and will begin a 2-game series at Chicago against the White Sox Tuesday night at 7:10, pregame on WJON at 6:40.  Lefthander Francisco Liriano (1-4) gets the start on the mound for the Twins and righthander Edwin Jackson (2-3) toes the rubber for the White Sox.
