Waterloo - The scoring started early for the Saint Cloud Rox.  Ben Peterson hit an RBI single in the top of the first inning to make the score 1-0.  But the lead was short lived when the Waterloo Bucks tied the game 1-1 in the bottom of the first.

The Rox would regain the lead in the top of the fifth inning on a RBI hit by Chris Kwitzer to make the score 2-1.  Waterloo would answer right back in the bottom of the fifth inning to tie the game at 2-2.

The game would remain tied until the bottom of the seventh inning when Waterloo added a run to make the score 3-2, the lead wouldn't last.  Ricky Ramirez of the Rox would hit the season first homerun in the top of the eighth inning to tie the game at 3-3.  The game woudl go into extras where Waterloo got the winning run across on a fielders choice RBI for a finale score of 4-3

The Rox are in La Crosse Thursday night. First pitch is scheduled for 7:05 on AM 1390 The Fan, with pregame coverage beginning at 6:35.

St. Cloud's home opener is Saturday night at Joe Faber Field.
