The New Orleans Pelicans topped the Minnesota Timberwolves 116-102 Monday night at Target Center. The Wolves are now 16-37 on the season.

On the bright side, Karl-Anthony Towns tied Kevin Love's franchise rookie-record for double doubles in season (29) with 19 points and 12 rebounds.

Anthony Davis led New Orleans (19-32) with 27 points and eight rebounds, with Jrue Holiday also pouring in 27 for the Pellies.

The Wolves are back at it on Wednesday when they host the Toronto Raptors at Target Center. Tip-off on WJON is scheduled for 7 p.m. with pregame coverage beginning at 6:30.
