NFL Lockout Could End Today

The NFL Lockout could end today if the NFLPA votes in favor of the Owners proposal that was passed last Thursday.  The NFLPA spent the weekend looking over the proposal and ESPN is reporting that the leaders of the NFLPA are recommending that the players vote in favor of the proposal to end the lockout.  The players are meeting today in Washington and may or may not vote.  The NFL fiscal year could begin Wednesday if the owners proposal is ratified today.
