Lynx Beat Mercury 90-73

The Minnesota Lynx won their 7th straight game Tuesday night with a 90-73 win over Phoenix.  Maya Moore led the Lynx with 22 points, Seimone Augustus added 21 points and Taj McWilliams-Franklin added 11 points and 10 rebounds for Minnesota. The Lynx have a WNBA best record 14-4.

Lynx guard Seimone Augustus was chosen as the Western Conference player of the month for the month of July.  She is averaging 16.3 points a game.  Maya Moore is the WNBA rookie of the month for July.  She is averaging 13.1 points and 4.5 rebounds a game.  Minnesota will host San Antonio at 7pm Thursday.
