Lumberjacks Soar Past Flying Aces Saturday

The Granite City Lumberjacks earned an 8-1 win against the Minnesota Flying Aces Saturday night in Little Falls. The Jacks have won four straight games and are now 4-2 on the season.

Mitch Gwost had a goal and three assists in the victory to pace Granite City. Hunter Schneider assisted on three goals for the Lumberjacks as well.

Granite City plays at Twin City Steel Friday night, then plays to host the Steel at Sports Arena East on Saturday.
