Twins' starter Francisco Liriano flirted with his 2nd no-hitter this season in their 6-1 win over Texas Sunday afternoon.  Liriano took a no-hitter into the 8th inning before Adrian Beltre broke it up with a single up the middle to lead off the inning.  The Twins scored 5 runs in the bottom of the 7th inning and Liriano sat idle in the dugout for 32 minutes before allowing the hit to Beltre in the 8th.  Liriano threw 8 innings with 2 hits and 1 earned run allowed to get the win.  He struckout 9 and didn't walk anyone.  Michael Cuddyer hit a 3-run homerun and Luke Hughes went 3-4 with 1 RBI for the Twins.  Minnesota wins 3 of 4 against the Rangers and improves to 26-39 and 9 games back of both Cleveland and Detroit for first place in the American League Central.  The Twins are off today and will play at home against the Chicago White Sox Tuesday night at 7:10, pregame on WJON at 6:40.
