ST. CLOUD - St. Cloud State football is off to its first 4-0 start since 2005 after defeating the Augustana Vikings 31-6 last night.

Jack Moro intercepted three passes in the victory, moving up to tie the school record for career interceptions at 19. The record was originally set by Dan Neubauer in 1980.

 

Quarterback Phillip Klaphake threw for two touchdowns and ran in another, finishing 20-30 with 270 yards passing.

St. Cloud State finished with 419 total yards of offense, while holding the Vikings to just 162 yards.

SCSU snapped a five game losing streak to Augustana College with the win last night.

The Huskies will travel to Duluth next Saturday, to take on the #9/#13 ranked Bulldogs. Game time is set for 1 p.m.
