The classic movie "Hoosiers" has actually come to life.

Unless you are from the state of Connecticut, or are a UCONN alum, it is very hard to root against the Butler Bulldogs in tonight's NCAA Men's Basketball Championship Game.

Everybody loves an underdog, and the Bulldogs are just that going into tonight's game. After all, they are facing the mighty Connecticut Huskies; the champions of the Big East Tournament, the hottest team in the nation, starring the best player in the country - Kemba Walker. UCONN has won 10 games in a row, most of those over very good teams. Coach Jim Calhoun has already won 2 national championships, and is hoping to retire after winning his third, tonight.

Not so fast.

Butler is currently riding a 14 game winning streak, and returns most of the team that made it to last year's national championship game. The Bulldogs are confident AND experienced. They are the 3-time defending Horizon League Champs. Last week they beat Pittsburgh - a team that beat Connecticut easily, twice. It would be a serious mistake to count the Bulldogs out tonight.

It would be the biggest upset in college basketball, since Villanova shocked Georgetown, on April Fool's Day in 1984.

And I can't wait. This game should be a nail biter the whole way. My prediction - a victory for the little guy - Butler wins, 62-60.
