MINNEAPOLIS - The Minnesota Gopher basketball team took down the Purdue Boilermakers 82-79 on Sunday for their first big ten victory.

Austin Hollins, Andre Hollins, Deandre Mathieu, and Malik Smith all finished in double digits for Minnesota to help seal the victory.

The Gophers improve to 12-3 this season. They return to action and travel Wednesday night to take on Penn State. Game time is set for 6:00 p.m. CT.
