University of Minnesota junior forward Trevor Mbakwe will not be suspended by the Gophers despite being arrested Monday for violating a no-contact order with his ex-girlfriend by posting a message on her website.  He was arrested Monday and posted $500 bail.  Head coach Tubby Smith released a statement Tuesday calling Mbakwe's decision a "lapse in judgement" and went on to say "I believe his actions were well intended, but misguided, and we have made the decision not to suspend him after looking into the matter further."  The 25th ranked Gophers host #8 Purdue Thursday night at 6pm, pregame on AM 1390-the Fan at 5:30.
