The Gopher men's basketball team turned in another head-scratching performance Wednesday night at Nebraska.

The Minnesota Golden Gophers, fresh off beating #1 Indiana and thrashing Penn State in their home finale, lost at Nebraska 53-51 Wednesday night.

The Cornhuskers (14-16, 5-12) led Minnesota (20-10, 8-9) by a pair at the half and were able to hang on. The Gophers again struggled from the floor with Andre Hollins just 4-14, Austin Hollins 0-5 and Rodney Williams 0-4 among many lackluster performances.

The Gophers will close out the regular season Saturday at Purdue before the Big Ten Tournament gets underway.
