Gopher Women’s Basketball Falls to Michigan State 66-51

The Gopher women's basketball team lost 66-51 to Michigan State in their Big Ten opener Thursday night.  Rachel Banham led the Gophers with 21 points and both Kionna Kellogg and Micaella Riche had 10 points.

The Gophers are 11-4 overall and 0-1 in the Big Ten.  Minnesota will play at Wisconsin Sunday at 2pm.
