The Gophers lost their second consecutive game Saturday with a loss at Purdue. 

The Minnesota men's basketball team lost 89-73 at Purdue Saturday in their regular season finale at Mackey Arena. The Gophers finish the regular season 20-12 overall and 8-10 in Big Ten Conference play.

The game was controlled by the Boilermakers from the opening tip, with Purdue opening up a 32-11 lead in the first half and never looking back.

The Gopher bench shot just 3-15 in the game and turned the ball over four times. Andre Hollins had a good game for Minnesota with 24 points, nine assists and only one turnover.

The Gophers will learn their seed for the Big Ten Tournament on Sunday after all regular season games are completed.
