The Gopher men's basketball team won 78-68 Sunday night at Williams Arena against Ohio State.  The Gophers led by 11 at halftime and held on in the 2nd half.  Ohio State never led.

The Gophers were led in scoring by freshman Amir Coffey with 19 points and Akeem Springs added 18 points including 5 for 8 from 3-point range.  The Gophers improve to 15-2 overall and 3-1 in the Big Ten.  Minnesota could be ranked in the top 25 when the rankings come out today.  The Gophers play at Michigan State Wednesday at 6pm, pregame on AM 1390 at 5:30.
